1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Staffing Inc. Recruit website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Staffing Inc. provides a direct-hire recruiting subscription service that connects manufacturing and warehouse employers with pre-screened candidates for permanent employment. The Service includes candidate sourcing, screening, and placement support, but does not constitute a staffing agency or temporary employment arrangement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use the Service as a candidate. Employers must be duly organized legal entities authorized to conduct business in their respective jurisdictions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form or application.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
  • Not submit false or misleading information about your qualifications, employment history, or business.

5. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Staffing Inc. at the phone number you provide. We offer two separate SMS programs:

  • Non-marketing messages — transactional and service-related communications directly related to your recruiting engagement, including: job placement status updates, interview scheduling confirmations and reminders, application progress notifications, onboarding instructions, and recruiter follow-up messages. Message frequency varies based on activity.
  • Marketing & promotional messages — commercial communications from Staffing Inc., including: special subscription offers and discounts, announcements of new service features or hiring programs, industry hiring tips and workforce insights, and invitations to webinars or employer events. Frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply for both programs. You may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message from that program. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Opting out of one program does not affect your enrollment in the other.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Staffing Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Staffing Inc. does not guarantee that any candidate will be successfully placed or that any employer will hire a candidate.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Staffing Inc. is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages caused by wireless carriers or third-party SMS service providers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Staffing Inc.'s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Staffing Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
